Method of Operation

Our Home Visit Service is effective because we are able to solve computer related problems as quickly as possible. Our policy is based on honesty, professionalism and reliability. We don't drag out jobs or make them unduly complicated, nor do we charge for work which is not completed during our visit to you.

At Vista Computer Solutions we operate with the utmost integrity and ensure Complete Client Data Confidentiality.

We offer two options for carrying out your computer upgrade and repair requirements.

Home Call-out Service

One of our engineers can visit your home at your request and perform all computer diagnostics, computer repairs, software / hardware upgrades as necessary - All this in the comfort of your own home - and at a time convenient for you.

Return-to-base Service

In exceptional circumstances, your computer may need to be repaired or upgraded at our own workshop. This may result if additional tools are required, or access to the internet is required, but not available at your home. In which case there are two options currently available:

• Items can be delivered to our workshop by you,
• or, we can arrange for collection by one of our engineers

Our Charges and Fees

Our pricing policy is simple and affordable with a "no-fix, no-fee" policy applied to all our repair solutions. Prices start from just 15 Euros per hour. (Additional costs may need to be applied for replacement hardware parts, networking services or upgrades to Microsoft products). We also offer a complete PC Health Check service for just Euros 45 - please see the sidebar to the left for more details about this service.

We currently only accept payments by cash - payable at the completion of work. Don't forget - we operate a strict no Call Out Fee policy!
